[HapMap announcements] phased data for non-pseudoautosomal chromosome X segment

Substantial discrepancies between genotyping data and phased haplotypes 
were identified for the non-pseudoautosomal (non-par) region of 
chromosome X.  These inconsistencies appear to largely involve 
hemizygous males of all HapMap population panels.  We advise against 
using the phased data for such region (currently between SNPs rs5939319 
and rs557132) until further notice.
