Dear Hapmap Announcements list subscriber. Data release #16c.1 is
available on the project website http://www.hapmap.org. This amendment
to #16c released last week is made to address the following issues with
some of the #16c datafiles:

i) Incorrect merging of overlapping data for JPT and CHB. Affects all
non-redundant files for these two populations.

ii) Incorrect QC-flags for several SNPs. The following have been
deleted: 26 entries in 9 non-redundant & redundant-filtered files and
188 entries in 24 redundant-unfiltered files.

Lists of affected files and (for ii above) SNP/pop combinations will be
available in tomorrow Thursday. Apologies for any inconvenience this
may cause.

On behalf of the HapMap Data Coordination Center (DCC) team at
CSHL, best regards.
